La proposta che sarà portata al Senato nelle prossime settimane prevede di destinare 30 miliardi di dollari alle piccole imprese (NB non si parla nè di grandi nè di medie imprese) destinati originariamente dal piano TARP al sostegno di Wall Street!
Che cosa faranno con questi 30 miliardi di dollari? Sosteranno le piccole imprese che creano lavoro incentivando le assunzioni, finanzieranno il credito tramite le piccole banche locali, offriranno credito di imposta per le plusvalenze investite, metteranno a disposizione del credito tramite la SBA, chiedendo la presentazione di business plan …
